Rocket‐borne auroral EUV measurements

The measurements of two rocket spectrometers on January 22, 1977, and February 8, 1977, over Andoya, Norway are described. While five channels recorded height profiles of selected emissions such as O II 83.4 nm, O I 98.9 nm, N I 120 nm, H I 121.6 nm, and O I 130.4 nm, two channels repeatedly scanned the wavelength range from 50 to 135 nm. Results are discussed and compared with other measurements.
