For pt.I see ibid., vol.10, p.5035 (1977). The excitations in a diluted two-dimensional isotropic Heisenberg ferromagnet are investigated in detail. Spectra obtained by the recursion method and the moment-expansion method are presented and compared with each other. This makes clear the effect of the spatial extent of clusters. The wavefunctions are visualised and discussed in relation with the cluster extent in the system.
