• A microlymphocytotoxicity test determined serologically the frequency of HLA antigens in 24 patients with subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) and in 300 healthy control subjects. The results demonstrated no association between SSPE and the HLA-A and HLA-B antigens.
