The 3 patients had detrusor instability and micturition reflex failed to develop. Treatment modalities are suggested. © 1981 by The American Urological Association Education and Research, Inc.FiguresReferencesRelatedDetailsCited ByLockhart J, Vorstman B, Weinstein D and Politano V (2018) Sphincterotomy Failure in Neurogenic Bladder DiseaseJournal of Urology, VOL. 135, NO. 1, (86-89), Online publication date: 1-Jan-1986.Yalla S (2018) Editorial CommentJournal of Urology, VOL. 135, NO. 1, (89-89), Online publication date: 1-Jan-1986.Salinas J, Berger Y, De La Rocha R and Blaivas J (2018) Urological Evaluation in the Shy Drager SyndromeJournal of Urology, VOL. 135, NO. 4, (741-743), Online publication date: 1-Apr-1986.Wheeler J and Canning J (2018) Voiding Dysfunction in Shy-Drager SyndromeJournal of Urology, VOL. 134, NO. 2, (362-363), Online publication date: 1-Aug-1985.Lockhart J, Tirado A, Morillo G and Politano V (2018) Vesicourethral Dysfunction following CystourethropexyJournal of Urology, VOL. 128, NO. 5, (943-945), Online publication date: 1-Nov-1982.Wulfsohn M and Rubenstein A (2018) The Management of Shy-Drager Syndrome with Propantheline and Intermittent Self-Catheterization: A Case ReportJournal of Urology, VOL. 126, NO. 1, (122-123), Online publication date: 1-Jul-1981.
