Experimental data confirming the presence of dielectric dispersion over the meter-wave range in the ferroelectric phase of BaTiO3 and (Ba, Sr)TiO3, Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 solid solutions are presented. The effect of initial polarization, temperature and crystallite grain size on dispersion curves is investigated. Considerations about the probable nature of the observed dispersion are given.
