Controllable growth of wafer-lever MoS 2 films by using ex situ heating sulfurization treatment

A highly efficient ex situ sulfurization annealing technique was devised for the synthesis of wafer-scale, few-layer MoS 2 films. To investigate their electrical transport properties, MoS 2 -based TFT arrays were constructed on 2-inch wafers.
