The spontaneous housing condition in Constantine presents two aspects : a precarious housing condition built with old materials and an illicit housing condition built with hard materials. To resolve the problems they create, two solutions are considered : the concellation for the spontaneous housing condition and the reconnaissance for the illicit housing condition. In spite of its efforts, the commun of Constantine is not arrived to resolve the problem.
