Does ACFTOR-BCG improve response rates or decrease toxicity compared to FAC-BCG in patients with metastatic breast cancer?
The combination of Ftorafur, Adriamycin, cyclophosphamide, and BCG did not offer any advantages in effectiveness or reduced toxicity over the FAC-BCG regimen for metastatic breast cancer, but caused substantial neurological and gastrointestinal toxicity.
