The present work investigates small-amplitude oscillations in bounded beam-plasma systems with collisions taken into account. The beam travelling along the magnetic force lines is supposed to be compensated. The interface between two plasma media is considered to be sharp, hence the wavelength is much greater than the thickness of the transition layer. Special attention is paid to the oscillations of plasma layers confined by conducting plates. The frequencies and growth rates have been obtained for potential oscillations, as well as for helicons.
