The article examines the dilemmas of intercultural communication and considers effective countermeasures to overcome them in international trade. It is determined that globalization, digital transformation and the growing interdependence of economies increase the need to understand cultural differences and adapt business communication strategies to the specifics of different national contexts. In the process of international trade relations, significant communication barriers arise related to linguistic, socio-cultural and legal aspects, which can complicate negotiations, affect the dynamics of contractual obligations and reduce the effectiveness of commercial cooperation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the main challenges of intercultural interaction, including ethnocentrism, stereotyping, cognitive distortions, differences in legal systems and ethical standards of business. It is proven that these factors can lead to conflicts, misunderstandings and economic losses, which requires the development of effective adaptation mechanisms. A comprehensive approach to overcoming intercultural communication dilemmas is proposed, which includes the development of intercultural competence, the use of digital technologies to automate business communication, the implementation of regulatory initiatives, and the adaptation of business strategies to the cultural context of partners. The role of artificial intelligence and automated translation systems in minimizing language barriers is also considered, while focusing on the risks of semantic distortions and loss of authenticity of communicative intentions. The results of the study may be useful for scientists, specialists in the field of international business, public administration, and transnational corporations. The proposed strategic approaches will contribute to increasing the effectiveness of intercultural interaction, optimizing international trade relations, and minimizing communication risks in the global business environment.
