Chemical synthesis demonstrates the N-phosphorylation of substituted 5-aminotetrazoles, indicating a viable pathway to novel diethyl phosphoramidates.
A series of new diethyl (1H-tetrazol-5-yl)phosphoramidates was prepared by reacting diethyl chlorophosphate with 1- and 2-substituted 5-aminotetrazoles. The structure of the obtained compounds was proven by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry data.
