Theoretical analysis reveals instantaneous force-at-a-distance work as a distinct energy transfer mode across space, suggesting a unified framework linking macroscopic and microscopic physics.
Human understanding of cosmic energy laws has long been confined by intuitive experience, with the persistent assumption that energy transfer and material interactions must rely on physical contact between material particles. There exist three fundamental forces in the universe: gravitation, electromagnetic force, and the strong force. All three fundamental forces act instantaneously across space, and energy is transferred through work done by these fundamental forces. Accordingly, there are three modes of energy transfer in the universe. The first is macroscopic transfer of mechanical energy by physical contact; the second is the propagation of light energy in space in the form of photons; the third mode is energy transfer realized through the instantaneous transmission of the three fundamental forces across space and work done at a distance. This is the most remarkable form of energy transfer and generation in the universe, and also represents a major leap and fundamental cognitive revolution in fundamental physics. Up to now, many physics professionals have not broken free from the mindset that “energy transfer must rely on medium contact and all interactions propagate with a time delay”. They fall into the cognitive trap of equating mathematically simulated concepts with objective physical reality. At the proximal end, pre existing energy is consumed — this may be externally input energy or potential energy stored within the system. Relying on fundamental forces to do work instantaneously across space, displacement is produced at the distal end under the action of forces, and various forms of energy are generated. Part of the generated energy forms energy packets that propagate along pathways and are further converted upon reaching terminals into light, mechanical energy, heat, potential energy, chemical energy and other diverse forms. Although various newly generated forms of energy at the distal end appear to arise out of nothing, they are not created from void. Essentially, the pre existing energy consumed at the proximal end undergoes energy conversion at the distal end through instantaneous transmission and workdoing of fundamental forces across space. The whole process strictly obeys the law of conservation of energy, with no spontaneous generation of extra energy. Without inventing unknown particles or adding hypothetical assumptions, we can comprehend the laws of cosmic energy transfer merely based on objective phenomena and logical reasoning. Recognition of this mechanism will break the shackles imposed by current physical theories and establish a unified logical framework linking macroscopic and microscopic energy processes.
