Abstract 4‐Vinylpyridine macromers ending with methacryloyl functions have been prepared. Their reactivity in copolymerization with butylacrylate is considerably lower than that of 4‐vinylpyridine monomer. Graft copolymers with butyl acrylate have been prepared and characterized.
