Intraosseous ganglia are benign cystic lesions of bone and are found in the distal metaphyses of long bones of young and middle-aged adults. The location and roentgenographic appearance are constant and characteristic. Radiologists should consider this entity in the differential diagnosis of benign lesions of bone.
