Measurements of the 1s2p¹{P}₁→1{s}²¹S₀, 1s2p³{P}₂→1{s}²¹S₀, 1s2p³{P}₁→1{s}²¹S₀, and 1s2s³{S}₁→1{s}²¹S₀ transitions in heliumlike krypton (Kr³⁴⁺) have been made on the Electron Beam Ion Trap (EBIT) facility at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. The measurements were performed using a high-resolution crystal spectrometer and an accuracy of about 30 ppm was achieved. Unlike earlier measurements, our results are in good agreement with recent theoretical predictions. {} 1996 The American Physical Society.
