Protocol for a scoping review mapping the scientific production on eating disorders and disordered eating in Latin America and the Caribbean. Conducted following JBI methodology (Peters et al., 2024) and reported according to PRISMA-ScR (Tricco et al., 2018). The search was executed in Web of Science Core Collection, Scopus, PubMed, SciELO and LILACS, retrieving 8,098 records. This project holds the review protocol and the operational definitions of the eligibility criteria.
