This study examines a community engagement program designed to prepare future education leaders to navigate educational transformation through artificial intelligence (AI) and digital literacy. Conducted at Johor Business School, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), the program integrates Future School concepts, strategic and ethical educational leadership, responsible AI, and Problem-Based Learning (PBL). The study describes the program design, implementation, and evaluation, emphasizing the development of leadership judgment, AI literacy, ethical decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving. The findings indicate improved understanding of Future School, adaptive educational leadership, responsible AI use, and the analysis of AI-related educational cases. The study concludes by highlighting implications for sustainable leadership development and international community engagement.
