This study examined the relationship between ethical compliance and employee performance in the Ministry of Health of Ebonyi State, Nigeria. Ethical compliance has become a critical issue in public administration due to increasing concerns over corruption, misconduct, lack of accountability, and declining service delivery. This study specifically investigated the influence of adherence to ethical standards, accountability, transparency, integrity, and compliance with organizational rules on the performance of employees the Ministry. A descriptive survey research design was adopted. The specific population comprised employees with the Ebonyi State Ministry of Health, Data were collected using structured questionnaires administered to selected respondents through a simple random sampling technique. Descriptive statistics, including frequencies, percentages, mean, and standard deviations, were used to analyze the research questions, while inferential statistics, as pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis, were proposed to test the hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings demonstrated that ECV significantly enhances employee productivity, commitment, accountability, and service delivery. The study concludes that organizations that promote ECP achieve higher employee performance and improved organizational effectiveness. It recommends strengthening ethical policies, regular ethics training, effective monitoring mechanisms, and transparent disciplinary procedures to improve employee performance and public sector efficiency
