Theoretical analysis reveals structural category errors across contemporary philosophical paradigms, suggesting a need to reintegrate coherence, participation, and foundational reality.
We apply the Category Error Detector (CED) to three dominant lo- cal attractors of contemporary thought: scientism, postmodernism, and transhumanism. Each is a projection of the intelligible—a resolution of tension between abstraction and contingency. However, each has become trapped in a local attractor: scientism mistakes method for ontology; postmodernism mistakes critique for completion; transhumanism mistakes enhancement for transcendence. The CED diagnoses the structural mis- alignments of each, identifies their category errors, and invites a return to the global attractor: coherence, participation, and the ground.
