症例は48歳, 男性。約10年前より左下眼瞼に黒色小結節が出現。1年前より拡大するためH16年6月当科紹介受診。左下眼瞼中心に一部上眼瞼におよぶ黒色の結節性病変が存在, 眼窩内への浸潤も疑われた。組織学的に腫瘍細胞はほとんどがbasaloid cellより構成されていたが, 一部にsquamoid cellも認めておりbasosquamous cell carcinoma (BSCC) と診断した。患者本人が眼球摘出に難色を示したため, 過去の報告に基づきシスプラチン (CDDP) と塩酸ドキソルビシン (ADM) によるCA療法を3クール施行したところ著効を示した。眼球摘出の適応になるような眼瞼部basal cell carcinomaおよびBSCCについて, CA療法は有用であると考えられた。
