We evaluated 14 304 Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from 56 US medical centers (2015–2024). Ceftazidime-avibactam, ceftolozane-tazobactam, and imipenem-relebactam were active against 97.0%–97.9% of isolates overall. Piperacillin-tazobactam and ceftazidime activities decreased slightly during the study period, whereas the activities of meropenem, levofloxacin, and tobramycin improved since 2017.
