The complex admittance was measured for CsH2PO4 in the frequency range from 30 Hz to 60 MHz and in the temperature range 90-550 K. The domain wall relaxation time was found to decrease anomalously when approaching to Tc. From the investigations of the conductivity of CDP the structural phase transition at Tsi.=503K was shown to be superionic.
