Congenital generalized phiebectasia is a rare disorder of unknown aetiology affecting the superficial vessels of the skin, and producing an unusual, but characteristic, appearance. The patient described in this paper is the first male with congenital generalized phiebectasia to be reported in the English literature, and the second patient reported with congenital generalized phiebectasia associated with hemiatrophy.
