Theoretical analysis reveals that applying present measurements to incommensurable futures constitutes ontological violence in organizational systems, highlighting the ethical limits of control.
This volume is part of the DC‑NO.MP system, and builds upon P1 and P2 as its mechanism-analytical precursors. It derives from and refers to the permanently frozen core (V1) as its meta-axiomatic foundation. The core record is available at: 10.5281/ZENODO.22286075. The foundation volume (P1) established "measurement is substitution" and the "impossible organization"; the middle volume (P2) unfolded the interval into a five-dimensional mechanism. This paper introduces the temporal dimension, completing the system's final verdict: application is violence. Once present measurement is applied to an incommensurable future, it constitutes an ontological violence against the otherness of the other. This paper closes the Humean problem (from "is" to "ought"), expands affirmative politics into five principles, and uses a reflexivity check to seal the system from within. With this, DC-NO.MP moves from "revelation" to "unfolding" to "verdict," completing the closed loop. This text employs the terms ‘violence’ and ‘colonial’ strictly within the ontological tradition of critical philosophy (following Fanon, Spivak, and Butler). These terms refer to structural mechanisms of exclusion and epistemic imposition, not to physical harm, juridical crime, or historical equivalence between management practices and colonial regimes. Any interpretation that extracts these terms from their philosophical framework and applies them to political or legal domains is unauthorized by this work.
