Conceptual analysis demonstrates that organizational measurement paradoxically expands systemic intervals, suggesting fundamental limits to governance through surveillance and audit cycles.
This volume is part of the DC‑NO.MP system. It derives from and refers to the permanently frozen core (V1) as its meta-axiomatic foundation. The core record is available at: 10.5281/ZENODO.22286075. The foundation volume (P1) established "measurement is substitution" and the "impossible organization." The task of this paper is to unfold the interval—the ontological condition of the organization—into five analyzable dimensions: space (where does the interval go?), institution (how does the organization respond?), sign (through what medium does measurement operate?), power (what is the essence of measurement?), and cognition (where is the boundary?). The five-dimensional mechanism grows organically from the ontological conclusions of P1, forming a connected organizational life cycle. This paper introduces core mechanisms such as the "audit cycle," "sovereign decision," and "cognitive limit," and demonstrates that: the more the organization attempts to eliminate the interval through measurement, the more the interval accumulates and returns in the form of the cryptic layer. This is not merely a governance dilemma, but the ontological structure of organizational being itself. Highest Evidentiary Layer (Zenodo): 10.5281/ZENODO.21982945
