The influence of reduced graphene oxide (rGO)/Cu@Ni loading and foldable structure on the microwave absorption properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF)/rGO/Cu@Ni composite films were investigated in detail. The microwave absorption properties of the PVDF/rGO/Cu@Ni composite films increased with the rGO/Cu@Ni content increased and then decreased, which was due to the variation of impedance match.Additionally, the foldable structure was found to play a decisive role in tunable and strong microwave absorption. The minimal reflection loss of -49.1 dB could be obtained for foldable PVDF/20 wt% rGO/Cu@Ni with a thickness of 2.5 mm, and the bandwidth (below -20 dB, 99% dissipation) could reach 6.4 GHz (18.5-19.3GHz, 20.7-26.5 GHz).
