BiVO4 is a ferroelctric material below 255°C. Recently the rare-earth vanadates (RVO4: R = Eu, Gd etc) have been proved to be ferroelectrics below room temperature. In this study, we measure dielectric constants for various Bi(1 -x)GdxVO4 ceramics. We find an additional anomaly in dielectic constant. The phase diagram is suggested.
