Patients with metastatic disease may benefit from repeated surgical resection, but the associated morbidity and cost can be high (1-3). Radiofrequency ablation is safe and effective for the local control of unresectable hepatic neoplasms and has a complication rate of 2.5% (4, 5).As an alternative to surgery, we performed radiofrequency ablation eight times in four patients with metastatic adrenocortical cancer [Table]. Radiofrequency ablation was performed with intravenous midazolam, intravenous ...References1. Luton JP, Cerdas S, Billaud L, Thomas G, Guilhaume B, Bertagna X, et al .
