Abstract—An experimental and theoretical study of the fatigue failure of samples made of a polycarbonate filament by 3D printing is carried out. The Weibull model is used to construct an approximating dependence of the maximum stress in a cycle on the number of cycles to failure, and the model parameters are determined. To estimate the self-heating of polycarbonate during cyclic loading, hysteresis loops on stress diagrams are considered, and data on changes in the thermal state of products during fatigue failure are obtained.
