Air‐dried aerial parts of Thymus glandulosus Lag. ex H. del Villar, an endemic plant of southern Spain and northern Africa, yielded 0.9% (vol/wt) of essential oil. The oil which was investigated for the first time, contained p‐cymene as main component (58%).
