A model is proposed attempting to explain the unusually high activation energies and reversals appearing in thermally stimulated currents and isothermal decay currents. It is assumed that these features are connected with diffusion of current carriers released from surface traps. Good agreement between calculated and experimental curves can be reached if one assumes the collecting electrode being at least partly blocking.
