Intervention
Surgical excision of the pseudoaneurysm with cardiopulmonary bypass and deep hypothermic circulatory arrest, guided by intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).

Outcome
Successful excision of pseudoaneurysm and relief of right atrial and right ventricular compression.

Intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography is valuable for guiding the surgical repair of a rare, late-presenting ascending aortic pseudoaneurysm following coronary artery bypass grafting.
