An investigation of the Poole-Frenkel effect by the thermally stimulated current technique

It is shown that the Poole-Frenkel effect can be investigated by the TSC technique, allowing one to avoid the ambiguity caused by possible electrode effects. The method consists of analysing the field dependence of the positions of TSC peaks and is illustrated by the experimental results on PVK.
