Theoretical analysis uncovers a multiscale evolutionary framework connecting cosmic cycles to biology, suggesting universal coupling-decoupling dynamics govern life's origin and complexity.
Adopting qualitative logical deduction, this paper constructs a holistic evolutionary hypothesis connecting cosmic celestial bodies, planetary geology, the origin of life, human physiology, intestinal flora, consciousness activity, gene mutation and the iteration of human civilization. Taking the coupling‑decoupling cycle as the fundamental universal law of the universe, comprehensive analysis is carried out combined with the ternary steady‑state model, the axiom of total universal energy balance and the secondary evolutionary effect of infiltration‑germination. The coupling‑decoupling cycle governs hierarchical movements ranging from stellar nucleosynthesis and geological changes to cellular metabolism and social civilization. The ternary steady‑state divides cosmic components into ordinary matter, dark matter and dark energy, proposing that consciousness is a local field of dark matter and genes serve as the core carrier of dark energy within living organisms. The operation of the infiltration‑germination effect relies on four necessary conditions: closed barrier, liquid medium, stable energy supply and balanced temperature‑pressure. The atmosphere, cell membrane, biofilm and animal skin belong to cross‑scale homologous barriers, and iron‑phosphorus steady‑state maintains biological barriers and organism anchoring functions. Under the supply of stellar heavy elements and the evolution of planetary environment, the Earth formed an oceanic infiltration system that contributed to the birth of primitive life. Evolving into human society, humanity has experienced hunter‑gatherer, agricultural, city‑state trade, industrial and contemporary eras. Each civilization transition represents a dual steady‑state replacement. Humans continuously transfer metabolic and immune functions to external technological‑social spheres, while the compensatory capacity of intestinal flora keeps declining. The human body is a closed‑globe system anchored by erythrocyte iron and skeletonized by phosphorus‑constructed barriers. Reproductive differentiation, embryonic development and cellular aging cannot be separated from closed liquid micro‑environments. Environmental disturbance triggers system decoupling, and accumulation of free intangible attributes may induce gene mutation. Disturbance effects can propagate from physiological level to genes, populations and even civilizations. This paper puts forward multiple interdisciplinary research approaches and falsifiable predictions, clarifies the theoretical boundary, and provides a new analytical perspective for astrobiology, evolutionary biology, medicine and civilization evolution research. Note: The correspondences between consciousness‑dark matter, gene‑dark energy within the ternary steady‑state framework, as well as the infiltration‑germination effect, are theoretical deductions and not yet generally accepted conclusions of mainstream empirical science.
