Theoretical logical analysis reveals that pure selfishness is mathematically unsustainable in infinite-horizon interactions, indicating that cooperation acts as a necessary organizing principle.
This paper proposes a formal unification between the metaphysical logic of Kurt Godel’s Ontological Proof and the dynamic outcomes of Game Theory through the Iterated Prisoner’s Dilemma. By employing higher-order modal logic, we demonstrate that pure selfishness is mathematically unsustainable in the infinite horizon, whereas cooperation emerges as a necessary positive property and the signature of a universal organizing principle.
