AM tumor of the ovary by Schiller13 in 1939.Since then tumors with different clinical and pathological features have been considered under the designation of Schiller's mesonephroma.Various views have been put forward on the histogenesis of the tumor.The tumor has generally been reported to be in the ovary and testis and often in association with teratomatous or embryomatous areas.A case of mesonephroma in the sacrococcygeal region is reported herein.The tumor reported is of interest because of its site and some unusual histological features.
