An equation which does not depend on the pressure and the density of, and the law of energy transport within, matter is obtained for the potentials g of the gravitational field within spherical collapsing matter with radiation. This equation is then solved along with two mathematical assumptions which are chosen to obtain an analytical solution similar in structure to the Oppenheimer-Snyder solution. The solution so obtained is a generalization of this classical adiabatic solution to the non-adiabatic case. Some physical properties possessed by the solution are mentioned.
