By implementing a soft‐annealing treatment of co‐electrodeposited Cu‐Zn‐Sn metallic precursor films, a Cu2ZnSnS4 thin film solar cell with a conversion efficiency of 7.66% is prepared. The co‐electrodeposition potential strongly influences the morphology, structure, and elemental ratios of the precursor. A Cu2ZnSnS4 solar cell‐BiVO4 tandem device for unbiased photoelectrochemical solar water splitting is fabricated here for the first time. The tandem cell presents a stable solar‐to‐hydrogen conversion efficiency of above 1.46% against photocorrosion during long time reaction processes in aqueous solution.
