Further measurements have been made of the angular distribution of the γ-radiation in the reaction 7 Li (p,γ) 8 Be. The results indicate approximate isotropy, at resonance, for both spectral components (17.6 and 14.8 MeV.) of the radiations. The difficulties in reconciling the properties of the γ-radiation with results of recent experiments on the scattering of protons by lithium are discussed.
