A generalization of two-spinor calculus, useful in the discussion of particles with arbitrary spin, is extended to generally covariant form. The spinor connection and curvature are derived in general form and the analogy between spin and charge is made explicit by consideration of commutators of covariant derivatives. The generation of the gravitational field by the Yang-Mills `trick' is briefly discussed.
