Case Report (n=5)
Synovial sarcoma of the head and neck presents as well-defined, mainly homogeneous and solid masses with characteristic MRI features (isointense T1, hyperintense T2, remarkable enhancement) and positive staining for Vim, AE1/3, EMA, and CK.
Hu et al. (2015) conducted a case report in Synovial sarcoma of the head and neck (n=5). MRI and pathological evaluation was evaluated on Clinical, pathological, and MRI features. In 5 cases of head and neck synovial sarcoma, masses were well-defined, mainly homogeneous and solid, with isointense T1 and hyperintense T2 MRI signals and remarkable enhancement.
