SUMMARY.— Disseminated elastosis perforans is described in 4 mongoloids. The natural evolution of the disorder in 3 of these patients has produced linear and retiform scars. Recognition of this quela will facilitate diagnosis when dtypical grouped or annular hyperkeratotic papules are no longer present.
