Stationary topological properties of 2D cellular structures generated by random fragmentation have been calculated by computer simulations. The probability distributions of the number n of cell sides agree with a recent mean-field model. Two-cell correlations are almost linear in n. The most disordered structure approaches a "topological gas" with weak correlations in the arrangement of cells. Variation with disorder of the Aboav-Weaire parameter is discussed for 2D cellular structures.
