Chaudhari et al. (2023) conducted a case report in Eisenmenger syndrome with ventricular septal defect and severe pulmonary arterial hypertension in pregnancy (n=1). Caesarean section and multidisciplinary management was evaluated on Maternal and fetal clinical outcome. A 27-year-old pregnant woman with Eisenmenger syndrome successfully delivered a healthy baby via caesarean section at 35 weeks and was discharged on the 7th postoperative day without complications.
