Computational resource deposit provides full reproducibility pipelines and independent verifiers for certified measurement reduction, enabling exact validation of quantum Hamiltonian evaluations.
This archive accompanies the companion papers "Certified Optimal Measurement Reduction over Quantum Context Landscapes" (arXiv:2607.16866) and "Beyond Orbital Rotations: Correlation-Rank Limits and Clifford-Accessible Measurement, from Algebra and Global Optimization" (arXiv:2607.16869) by F. Zahariev and V.-A. Glezakou. The repository contains all of the pipeline code for the three main components (the optimization algorithm, the certification of optimality, and the generation of synthetic instances), together with the signed input Hamiltonians for producing the results of both papers. In addition to providing all of the information needed to reproduce every numerical result in the papers, it includes the theta witnesses, the complete-family and column-generation records, the small-system validation sets, and a completely separate verifier that independently checks each certificate without running any optimization. Every certified value is stored as one JSON file containing the primal schedule, the upper value U, the dual witness, the lower bound L, and the feasibility-repair record. The file SHA256SUMS.txt lists all 240 files; its SHA-256 is d2bb5d90094a7af10758203e65056a52ca3f78f34026dbfdf20b09f2713be820.
