Both groups showed substantial improvements in Constant Shoulder Score, Korean Shoulder Score, and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons scores with no significant intergroup differences in functional outcomes or active range of motion.
Lazarus Grade 2–4 lucencies around hybrid glenoids showed no significant intergroup difference (p = 0.797), and no Grade 5 gross loosening was observed in either cohort.
