T14 of the Transport Papers. Version 1.0. 50 pages. Epistemic status: Tier C. Transport runs in eight parallel towers, the residues of the real Clifford clock. At the dimension nearest four (a flagged premise) two towers are sterile, r = 4 with no time and r = 0 with two (an imported fork): six populated, five dark. The residue is soldered, not algebraic, so the one metric superselects tower charge: exact stability, given the sector decomposition and the imported wall displacement. The mirror tower is proved a copy of whatever the Standard-Model paper derives, every input reversal-invariant: a second Standard Model, one visible share to half a percent, given the descent's one orientation. The orientation bit is the chirality of the pure spinor, its two halves in opposite families only at shadow dimension a multiple of four: the odd residues have no bit on any window, the even ones do at P3's representatives, so asymmetric dark matter is exactly the mirror tower, cold and dissipative. The four odd towers carry no asymmetry; their symmetric relic needs a coupling rule the series lacks and lies outside this paper's scope. The mirror's share is the testable claim: already a quarter above the published bound on mirror matter in galaxies, and tenfold over the Gaia disk bound if the mirror gas settled into a thin disk. The same bit that selects matter over antimatter is argued to be the arrow of time, assuming the paper's three-way classification of arrows is complete. Five premises and a hypothesis are attacked, six refutation conditions costed, every identity script-checked.
