Situngkir et al. (2019) conducted a case-control in Hypertension (n=124). Family history of hypertension, low physical activity, and obesity vs. Absence of these risk factors was evaluated on Hypertension (OR 5.74, 95% CI 2.44-13.46). Family history of hypertension (OR 5.74), low physical activity (OR 2.56), and obesity (OR 2.48) were significantly associated with an increased risk of hypertension among the elderly.
