The ac conductivity of a 70 mol% V2O5−30 mol% P4O10 glass semiconductor has been measured over a frequency range of 20 to 2 × 1066 Hz and a temperature range of −23 to 200 °C. An activation energy of 0.34 eV was measured over the entire temperature range for frequencies up to 5 × 104 Hz. Below a transition temperature of 70 °C the activation energy for high frequency conduction decreased with increasing frequency.
