In the 20 years since its inception, Appreciative Inquiry (AI) has become recognized as a viable process for applied large‐scale change in fields ranging from business, to education, to health care and government. This paper offers the proposition that managers and leaders seeking to work from a consciously spiritual perspective can draw upon AI as a way of inviting spirituality to the workplace to create a life‐affirming collective consciousness, a spiritual resonance, which in turn contributes to the realization of strategic results in service of the triple bottom line.
